### sec.27A Signing a document to be electronically filed
This rule applies to a document filed electronically under rule 24 (1) (c) or 26 .
However, this rule does not apply to an affidavit filed electronically under rule 25 (2) (c) .
The document is taken to be signed by a person if the person’s name is written at a place on the document indicated to be a place where the document may or must be signed.

(sec.27A-ssec.1) This rule applies to a document filed electronically under rule 24 (1) (c) or 26 .
