### sec.23 Notice not required if it would contravene court or tribunal order
An applicant for a proceeding for an application or referral is exempt from the requirement under section 37 (2) of the Act to give a copy of the application or referral to a person if giving the copy to the person would contravene an order of a court or tribunal restricting contact between the applicant and person.
If, under subrule (1) , an applicant for a proceeding for an application or referral is not required to give a copy of the application or referral to a person, the principal registrar must give a copy of the application or referral to the person.
(sec.23-ssec.1) An applicant for a proceeding for an application or referral is exempt from the requirement under section 37 (2) of the Act to give a copy of the application or referral to a person if giving the copy to the person would contravene an order of a court or tribunal restricting contact between the applicant and person.
