### sec.22 Notice not required to be given to referring person
If a proceeding is started by the referral of a matter under an enabling Act by a person ( referring person ) other than the applicant for the proceeding, the applicant is exempt from the requirement under section 37 (2) of the Act to give a copy of the referral to the referring person.
Subrule (1) applies even if the referring person is a party to the proceeding.
(sec.22-ssec.1) If a proceeding is started by the referral of a matter under an enabling Act by a person ( referring person ) other than the applicant for the proceeding, the applicant is exempt from the requirement under section 37 (2) of the Act to give a copy of the referral to the referring person.
(sec.22-ssec.2) Subrule (1) applies even if the referring person is a party to the proceeding.
