### sec.116 Transferring discipline application This rule applies if, for a discipline application, the legal practice committee can not be reconstituted under the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 641 (5) . The discipline application must be transferred to the tribunal by applying to the tribunal to deal with the matter the subject of the discipline application. In this rule— legal practice committee means the Legal Practice Committee continued in existence under the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 621 . (sec.116-ssec.1) This rule applies if, for a discipline application, the legal practice committee can not be reconstituted under the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 641 (5) . (sec.116-ssec.2) The discipline application must be transferred to the tribunal by applying to the tribunal to deal with the matter the subject of the discipline application. (sec.116-ssec.3) In this rule— legal practice committee means the Legal Practice Committee continued in existence under the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 621 .
