### sec.114 Interpretation of this part
Subject to subrule (2) , if this part uses a term that is used in the Legal Profession Act 2007 , the term has the same meaning in this part as it has in that Act unless a contrary intention appears.
In this part—
discipline application means an application to the tribunal under the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 452 (1) (a) .
(sec.114-ssec.1) Subject to subrule (2) , if this part uses a term that is used in the Legal Profession Act 2007 , the term has the same meaning in this part as it has in that Act unless a contrary intention appears.
(sec.114-ssec.2) In this part— discipline application means an application to the tribunal under the Legal Profession Act 2007 , section 452 (1) (a) .
