### sec.107 Notice of appeal to human rights commissioner This rule applies if— a party to a proceeding for an application under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 , section 113 appeals against a decision of the tribunal in the proceeding; and the party is not the human rights commissioner. See the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 , section 113A for appeals by persons who are not, but are taken to be, parties to the application.
