### sec.107 Notice of appeal to human rights commissioner
This rule applies if—
a party to a proceeding for an application under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 , section 113 appeals against a decision of the tribunal in the proceeding; and
the party is not the human rights commissioner.
See the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 , section 113A for appeals by persons who are not, but are taken to be, parties to the application.
The principal registrar must give notice of the appeal to the human rights commissioner.
