### sec.106 Principal registrar to give copy of reasons for decision to human rights commissioner and parties
If the tribunal gives a party to a proceeding under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 written reasons for a decision in the proceeding, the tribunal must, as soon as practicable after the reasons are given, give a copy of the reasons to—
each other party to the proceeding who has not already been given a copy of the reasons; and
the human rights commissioner, if the commissioner has not already been given a copy of the reasons.
