### sec.63 Existing competencies of persons to hold technical qualifications for certain classes of licences This section applies if— under the expired regulation as in force immediately before 1 January 2009, completion of a course satisfied the technical requirements for a licence mentioned in column 1 of the table; and a person gives the commission evidence that the person— was enrolled in the course before 1 January 2009; and successfully completed the course before 1 January 2011. The person is taken to satisfy the technical qualifications for a licence of a class mentioned in column 2 of the table shown opposite the licence in column 1 of the table.
