### sch.6-sec.39 Claims relating to incomplete work, defective work or vandalism or forcible removal of built work—work not substantially complete
This section applies to the residential construction work if the work is not substantially complete.
The maximum amount the commission may pay for all claims mentioned in the incomplete work provisions in relation to the residential construction work is—
if optional additional cover is in force for the work—$300,000; or
if paragraph (a) does not apply—$200,000.
However, for all claims mentioned in sections 9 and 20 , the commission must not pay more than—
if optional additional cover is in force for the work—$10,000; or
if paragraph (a) does not apply—$5,000.
(sch.6-sec.39-ssec.1) This section applies to the residential construction work if the work is not substantially complete.
(sch.6-sec.39-ssec.2) The maximum amount the commission may pay for all claims mentioned in the incomplete work provisions in relation to the residential construction work is— if optional additional cover is in force for the work—$300,000; or if paragraph (a) does not apply—$200,000.
(sch.6-sec.39-ssec.3) However, for all claims mentioned in sections 9 and 20 , the commission must not pay more than— if optional additional cover is in force for the work—$10,000; or if paragraph (a) does not apply—$5,000.
