### sch.6-sec.38 Application of division This division states the maximum amount the commission may pay for all claims relating to residential construction work if the work was for any of the following buildings or any combination of the following buildings— 1 single detached dwelling; a related roofed building; a swimming pool, other than a swimming pool that is in or on a duplex or multiple dwelling. - (a) 1 single detached dwelling; - (b) a related roofed building; - (c) a swimming pool, other than a swimming pool that is in or on a duplex or multiple dwelling.
