### sec.74AZC Minister may publish warning statement
The Minister may publish a statement (a warning statement ) stating—
if section 74AZB (1) (a) applies—that a stated building product is a non-conforming building product for a stated use; or
if section 74AZB (1) (b) applies—that associating a stated building product with a building in a stated way will make the building product a non-conforming building product for a stated use; or
if section 74AZB (1) (c) applies—that, if a stated building product is associated with a building for a stated use, using the product in a stated way will make the product a non-conforming building product for the use.
The Minister may publish a warning statement for a building product whether or not—
the Minister has made a recall order for the building product; or
a responsible person for the building product has already undertaken a recall of the building product; or
the building product has been associated with a building.
A warning statement may be published—
in a newspaper circulating generally in the State; and
on the commission’s website; and
in any other way the Minister considers appropriate.

(sec.74AZC-ssec.3) A warning statement may be published— in a newspaper circulating generally in the State; and on the commission’s website; and in any other way the Minister considers appropriate.
- (a) if section 74AZB (1) (a) applies—that a stated building product is a non-conforming building product for a stated use; or
- (b) if section 74AZB (1) (b) applies—that associating a stated building product with a building in a stated way will make the building product a non-conforming building product for a stated use; or
