### sec.54 Advertisements A licensee who publishes or causes to be published any advertisement in connection with the licensee’s business must ensure that the advertisement— contains the name under which the licensee is licensed; and states that the licensee is licensed under this Act and the number of the licensee’s licence; and does not include any false or misleading information; and stating that particular work may only be lawfully carried out by a licensee if it would be lawful for an unlicensed person to carry out the work stating that particular work must be carried out by a particular date to comply with a law if no such deadline exists under the law does not omit any information, if the omission of the information causes the advertisement to be misleading; and conforms with any other requirements imposed by regulation.
