### sec.50CC Grounds for giving exclusion notice
Each of the following is a ground for the giving of an exclusion notice to a person—
the person has, within 3 years before the exclusion notice is given to the person, given information that the person knew to be false or misleading to a licensed contractor, or to the commission, in relation to a licensed contractor’s satisfaction of the minimum financial requirements;
the person has, within 3 years before the exclusion notice is given to the person, failed to comply with the minimum financial requirements in relation to information required to be given to the commission under those requirements;
if the person has previously been given an exclusion notice—the person has not complied with a requirement stated in the notice under section 50CB (2) (b) .

- (b) the person has, within 3 years before the exclusion notice is given to the person, failed to comply with the minimum financial requirements in relation to information required to be given to the commission under those requirements;
- (c) if the person has previously been given an exclusion notice—the person has not complied with a requirement stated in the notice under section 50CB (2) (b) .
