### sec.50CB Commission may give exclusion notice
The commission may give a person who is an accountant an exclusion notice .
The exclusion notice—
must state the grounds for giving the notice; and
may state requirements, aimed at providing the person with the skills and knowledge necessary to comply with the minimum financial requirements, that, if not met, may be grounds for giving the person another exclusion notice.
The exclusion notice has effect for a period of 3 years starting on the day the notice is given to the person or a later day stated in the notice.

(sec.50CB-ssec.1) The commission may give a person who is an accountant an exclusion notice .
(sec.50CB-ssec.2) The exclusion notice— must state the grounds for giving the notice; and may state requirements, aimed at providing the person with the skills and knowledge necessary to comply with the minimum financial requirements, that, if not met, may be grounds for giving the person another exclusion notice.
(sec.50CB-ssec.3) The exclusion notice has effect for a period of 3 years starting on the day the notice is given to the person or a later day stated in the notice.
