### sec.44H Procedure for cancellation or suspension
The commission must, before cancelling or suspending a permit, give the permittee notice of its reasons for the proposed cancellation or suspension and allow the permittee 21 days from service of the notice to make written representations on the matter.
The commission must consider any written representations made within the time allowed under subsection (1) before imposing the cancellation or suspension.
A cancellation or suspension is imposed by written notice to the permittee.
The notice of cancellation or suspension must comply with the QCAT Act , section 157 (2) .
