### sec.44G Cancellation or suspension of permit
The commission may suspend or cancel a permit if—
the permit was obtained on the basis of incorrect information supplied to the commission, whether or not fraud was intended; or
the permit was obtained by fraud or other improper means; or
the permittee carries out tier 1 defective work on the land the subject of the permit; or
the permittee contravenes a condition to which the permit is subject; or
the commission becomes aware of the existence of facts that would have allowed the commission to refuse to issue the permit originally.

- (a) the permit was obtained on the basis of incorrect information supplied to the commission, whether or not fraud was intended; or

- (d) the permittee contravenes a condition to which the permit is subject; or
