### sec.22 Role of insurance manager
The insurance manager must report regularly to the board on the administration of the statutory insurance scheme and, if asked by the board, must give the board a special report on a particular subject.
The insurance manager is independent of the commissioner’s direction in reporting under subsection (1) , but is otherwise subject to the commissioner’s direction.
