### sec.20M Conflicts of interest If the commissioner has an interest that conflicts or may conflict with the discharge of the commissioner’s responsibilities, the commissioner— must disclose the nature of the interest and conflict to the board as soon as practicable after the relevant facts come to the commissioner’s knowledge; and must not take action or further action concerning a matter that is, or may be, affected by the conflict unless authorised by the board. s 20M ins 2013 No. 38 s 5 - (a) must disclose the nature of the interest and conflict to the board as soon as practicable after the relevant facts come to the commissioner’s knowledge; and - (b) must not take action or further action concerning a matter that is, or may be, affected by the conflict unless authorised by the board.
