### sec.20L Commissioner not to engage in other paid employment The commissioner must not, without the board’s prior written approval— engage in paid employment outside the duties of the office of commissioner; or actively take part in the activities of a business, or in the management of a corporation carrying on business. s 20L ins 2013 No. 38 s 5 - (a) engage in paid employment outside the duties of the office of commissioner; or - (b) actively take part in the activities of a business, or in the management of a corporation carrying on business.
