### sec.104A Functions of investigators An investigator has the following functions— to investigate, monitor and enforce compliance with— this Act; or the Building Act 1975 ; or the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 ; or the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 ; to investigate or monitor whether an occasion has arisen for the exercise of powers under an Act mentioned in paragraph (a) ; to facilitate the exercise of powers under an Act mentioned in paragraph (a) . s 104A ins 2017 No. 43 s 293 amd 2018 No. 17 s 197 sch 2 - (a) to investigate, monitor and enforce compliance with— (i) this Act; or (ii) the Building Act 1975 ; or (iii) the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 ; or (iv) the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 ; - (i) this Act; or - (ii) the Building Act 1975 ; or - (iii) the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 ; or - (iv) the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 ; - (b) to investigate or monitor whether an occasion has arisen for the exercise of powers under an Act mentioned in paragraph (a) ; - (c) to facilitate the exercise of powers under an Act mentioned in paragraph (a) . - (i) this Act; or - (ii) the Building Act 1975 ; or - (iii) the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 ; or - (iv) the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 ;
