### sec.104 Investigators This part includes provision for the appointment of investigators, and gives investigators particular powers. The purpose of these provisions is to ensure the commission has available to it suitably qualified persons who can help the commission deal with issues about compliance under— this Act; or the Building Act 1975 ; or the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 ; or the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 . s 104 amd 2007 No. 20 s 55 ; 2013 No. 38 s 14 sch 1 sub 2017 No. 43 s 293 amd 2018 No. 17 s 197 sch 2 (sec.104-ssec.1) This part includes provision for the appointment of investigators, and gives investigators particular powers.
