### sec.101 Licensees must advise change of circumstances
If circumstances change so that the particulars recorded in the licensee register in relation to a particular licensee no longer reflect the current position, the licensee must, within 14 days after the date of the change, give the commission particulars of the change.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
Particulars may be given under subsection (1) —
by written notice; or
in another way approved by the commission, and advised generally to licensees, as a suitable way for advising particulars to the commission.
