### sec.100 When information may be included in the licensee register
No information may be included in the register under section 99 (3) (a) until—
all periods for seeking a review of the direction, and for making any appeal arising out of review of the direction, have ended; and
any review or appeal about the direction is finally decided or is not proceeded with.
No information may be included in the register under section 99 (3) (b) or (c) until—
all periods for making an appeal arising out of the tribunal’s order or decision have ended; and
any appeal about the order or decision is finally decided or is not proceeded with.
No information may be included in the register under section 99 (3) (d) until—
all periods for making an appeal arising out of the conviction have ended; and
any appeal about the conviction is finally decided or is not proceeded with.
No information may be included in the register under section 99 (3) (e) (ii) if a licensee has applied for cancellation of the enforcement order and the application for cancellation has not been finally decided.

(sec.100-ssec.1) No information may be included in the register under section 99 (3) (a) until— all periods for seeking a review of the direction, and for making any appeal arising out of review of the direction, have ended; and any review or appeal about the direction is finally decided or is not proceeded with.
(sec.100-ssec.2) No information may be included in the register under section 99 (3) (b) or (c) until— all periods for making an appeal arising out of the tribunal’s order or decision have ended; and any appeal about the order or decision is finally decided or is not proceeded with.
(sec.100-ssec.3) No information may be included in the register under section 99 (3) (d) until— all periods for making an appeal arising out of the conviction have ended; and any appeal about the conviction is finally decided or is not proceeded with.
(sec.100-ssec.4) No information may be included in the register under section 99 (3) (e) (ii) if a licensee has applied for cancellation of the enforcement order and the application for cancellation has not been finally decided.
