### sch.1-sec.47 Other administrative matters From the transfer day, each of the following things in effect immediately before the transfer day continue in effect as if the thing was approved, given or made by the commission when the thing first took effect— a direction or notice given by the former authority under the QBSA Act; a direction to a licensee to rectify or complete tribunal work a demand, request or requirement made by the former authority under the QBSA Act that has not been fully complied with on the transfer day; a demand of a licensee to pay an amount owed to the former authority a request of an applicant to provide the former authority with further information or evidence to decide an application a certificate, licence or permit issued by the former authority under the QBSA Act; a decision of the former authority made under the QBSA Act. A policy of the former board, approved under section 9A of the QBSA Act and still in effect immediately before the transfer day, continues in effect as if the policy was made by the board.
