### sch.1-sec.46 Annual report of former board This section applies unless the transfer day is 1 July in a year. The commission’s annual report for the financial year in which the commission is established must include information about the former authority’s operations that would have been required to be included in the commission’s annual report if the QBSA Act had not been amended by the amending Act.
