### sec.76 Definitions for div 3 In this division— commencement means the commencement of the provision in which the term is used. current appointment , of the present director, means the director’s appointment by the Governor in Council under the pre-amended Act, section 12(1), on 17 May 2007. current conditions see section 77(1). pre-amended Act means this Act as in force before the commencement. present director means the person holding office as the director at the commencement. s 76 ins 2007 No. 53 s 13
