### sec.70 Duration of certain appointments This section applies to a person who was a member of the board immediately before the commencement. Despite section 10(1), the person’s appointment as a member continues until the day the appointment would have ended under this Act as in force immediately before the commencement, unless earlier ended under section10(3). s 70 prev s 70 ins 1997 No. 79 s 40 exp 19 December 2002 (see s 71) pres s 70 ins 2003 No. 66 s 14 (sec.70-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who was a member of the board immediately before the commencement.
