### sec.41 How pt 3 applies if offices of Minister and Treasurer are held by the 1 person This section applies if, under a provision of this part, a thing is required to be done by or in relation to the Minister and the Treasurer and the Minister is the Treasurer. The provision is satisfied if the thing is done by or in relation to the Minister. s 41 amd 1997 No. 17 s 74 sch sub 1997 No. 79 s 37 (sec.41-ssec.1) This section applies if, under a provision of this part, a thing is required to be done by or in relation to the Minister and the Treasurer and the Minister is the Treasurer. (sec.41-ssec.2) The provision is satisfied if the thing is done by or in relation to the Minister.
