### sec.40B Superannuation schemes The board may— establish and maintain, or amend, superannuation schemes; or join in establishing and maintaining, or amending, superannuation schemes; or take part in superannuation schemes. s 40B (prev s 18) ins 1997 No. 79 s 30 renum and reloc 2007 No. 20 s 40 - (a) establish and maintain, or amend, superannuation schemes; or - (b) join in establishing and maintaining, or amending, superannuation schemes; or - (c) take part in superannuation schemes.
