sec.33Quorum

### sec.33 Quorum A quorum of the board shall consist of a majority of the total number of members for the time being holding office. A duly convened meeting of the board at which a quorum is present shall be competent to transact any business of the board and shall have and may exercise and perform all the powers and functions by this Act conferred or imposed upon the board. s 33 amd 1995 No. 58 s 4 sch 1 ; 1997 No. 79 s 26 sch 2 (sec.33-ssec.1) A quorum of the board shall consist of a majority of the total number of members for the time being holding office.
