### sec.50 Changes in criminal history must be disclosed
This section applies if a person who is a board member or the chief executive officer is convicted of an indictable offence during the term of the person’s appointment.
The person must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, immediately give the Minister notice under subsection (3) about the conviction.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
The notice must state—
the existence of the conviction; and
when the offence was committed; and
details adequate to identify the offence; and
the sentence imposed on the person.
(sec.50-ssec.1) This section applies if a person who is a board member or the chief executive officer is convicted of an indictable offence during the term of the person’s appointment.
