### sec.48 Matters to be included in annual report The academy must include in its annual report for each financial year— details of any direction given by the Minister under section 46 (1) during the financial year; and a statement about how the academy has complied with the direction; and details of any statement of expectations given by the Minister under section 47 during the financial year; and a statement about how the academy has had regard to the statement of expectations in performing its functions; and details of any gifts, devises or bequests accepted by the academy during the financial year. In this section— annual report means an annual report prepared under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63 .
