### sec.4 Relationship with other Acts generally If a provision of this Act is inconsistent with another Act, the provision prevails over the other Act to the extent of the inconsistency. Subsection (1) does not affect a provision of this Act or another Act that expressly deals with the interaction between this Act and the other Act.
