### sec.3 Purposes
The main purposes of this Act are the following—
to provide for the ratification of an agreement for a casino to be located within the Queen’s Wharf priority development area;
to enact the agreement as a law;
to provide for the way in which an entity may become, or stop being, a party to the agreement;
to state the requirements for holding interests in relation to an entity that is a party to, or referred to in, the agreement;
to provide for the interaction between this Act and other laws.
- (a) to provide for the ratification of an agreement for a casino to be located within the Queen’s Wharf priority development area;
- (b) to enact the agreement as a law;
- (c) to provide for the way in which an entity may become, or stop being, a party to the agreement;
