### sec.184 Other approved sponsors This section applies if, before the commencement, the registrar published, on the department’s website, a list of entities that are to be approved sponsors under this Act. From the commencement, an entity included in the published list is taken to be an approved sponsor for the types of work and development orders stated for the entity in the list. Nothing in this section prevents the registrar from cancelling an approval granted under subsection (2) or otherwise taking disciplinary action against the approved sponsor as provided by a regulation made under section 165(12). s 184 ins 2017 No. 13 s 88 (sec.184-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the registrar published, on the department’s website, a list of entities that are to be approved sponsors under this Act.
