### sec.159F Resignation
An enforcement officer may resign by signed notice given to the registrar.
Subsection (1) does not apply to an enforcement officer if—
the officer is a contracted debt collector appointed under section 159C (a) ; and
holding office as an enforcement officer is a condition of the contract under section 10 (2) under which the debt collector is engaged.

(sec.159F-ssec.1) An enforcement officer may resign by signed notice given to the registrar.
(sec.159F-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an enforcement officer if— the officer is a contracted debt collector appointed under section 159C (a) ; and holding office as an enforcement officer is a condition of the contract under section 10 (2) under which the debt collector is engaged.
