### sec.149 Enforcement costs
An enforcement cost is a cost that—
is reasonably incurred by SPER in taking a step for the purpose of enforcing payment of a fine, penalty or another amount under this Act; and
is of a type prescribed by regulation.
Without limiting subsection (1) (a) , a cost is incurred by SPER in taking a step if the cost becomes payable by SPER to another entity for taking the step.

(sec.149-ssec.1) An enforcement cost is a cost that— is reasonably incurred by SPER in taking a step for the purpose of enforcing payment of a fine, penalty or another amount under this Act; and is of a type prescribed by regulation.
(sec.149-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) (a) , a cost is incurred by SPER in taking a step if the cost becomes payable by SPER to another entity for taking the step.
- (a) is reasonably incurred by SPER in taking a step for the purpose of enforcing payment of a fine, penalty or another amount under this Act; and
- (b) is of a type prescribed by regulation.
