### sec.148 Electronic transmission of particular documents A notice, order or warrant, or any document under this Act containing information or a request for information, that is required or permitted by this Act to be given by someone to someone else may be transmitted electronically to the person or entity to whom it is to be given or directed. For service of documents under this Act, see section 158 .
