### sec.107 Review of suspension of driver licence
This section applies if an enforcement debtor’s driver licence is suspended for 3 months or more.
As soon as practicable after the end of each 3 months of the suspension, the registrar must review the suspension.
If the registrar is satisfied the enforcement debtor is not taking steps to satisfy the unpaid amount stated in the notice of intention to suspend the driver licence, the registrar may issue an arrest and imprisonment warrant for the enforcement debtor for the amount, without notice to the enforcement debtor.
(sec.107-ssec.1) This section applies if an enforcement debtor’s driver licence is suspended for 3 months or more.
