### sec.106 General effect of suspension of driver licence
Despite any other Act, the suspension of a driver licence under section 105 operates to suspend the driver licence of an enforcement debtor who holds a driver licence issued outside Queensland while the person is in Queensland.
A renewal or replacement of a driver licence suspended under section 105 does not affect the suspension.
Also, the suspension of a driver licence under section 105 does not affect the powers a court or another person may exercise under another Act to suspend or cancel the licence.
If a person does not hold a driver licence, the person is also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver licence until the person pays the unpaid amount or the amount is otherwise discharged under this Act.
