### sec.101 Service of fine collection notice for regular redirection from a financial institution account
This section applies if the registrar issues a fine collection notice for regular redirection from a financial institution account under section 75 .
The notice must be served on the enforcement debtor and on the financial institution.
The notice does not have effect until the end of 7 days after the day on which the notice is served on the financial institution.
The notice continues in force until the total amount stated in the notice is paid or the notice is cancelled or varied or expires according to its terms.
