### sec.100 Application of div 6 This division applies if— an enforcement debtor has an account with a financial institution; and another person ( depositor ) regularly deposits earnings into the account (a regular deposit ). - (a) an enforcement debtor has an account with a financial institution; and - (b) another person ( depositor ) regularly deposits earnings into the account (a regular deposit ).
