### sec.223 Contempt of commission
In addition to the acts or omissions for which a penalty or civil consequence is expressly provided in part 1 , a person must not do another act in relation to the commission that would constitute a contempt of court.
For the purposes of the law relating to contempt of court, the commission is to be treated as a court.
