### sec.222 Obstruction
A person must not consciously hinder or use insulting language towards a person who is performing a function under this Act or the Human Rights Act 2019 .
Maximum penalty—
in the case of an individual—35 penalty units; or
in the case of a corporation—170 penalty units.
