### sec.21 Discrimination by qualifying body in pre-qualification area A person who has power to grant, renew or extend a qualification or authorisation that (whether by itself or together with other qualifications or authorisations) is needed for, or facilitates, the practice of a profession, or the carrying on of a trade or business must not discriminate— in granting, renewing or extending a qualification or authorisation or failing to do so; or in the terms on which a qualification or authorisation is granted, renewed or extended. s 21 amd 2024 No. 47 s 10 (uncommenced amendment) - (a) in granting, renewing or extending a qualification or authorisation or failing to do so; or - (b) in the terms on which a qualification or authorisation is granted, renewed or extended.
