### sec.197 Tribunal may order complaint to be dealt with as representative complaint If the tribunal is satisfied that a complaint made by or on behalf of a number of persons could be dealt with as a representative complaint if the persons on whose behalf the complaint is made are increased, reduced or otherwise altered, the tribunal may, by order, direct— that the complaint be dealt with as a representative complaint; and the complainant to amend the complaint to allow the complaint to be dealt with as a representative complaint. s 197 sub 2024 No. 47 s 47 - (a) that the complaint be dealt with as a representative complaint; and - (b) the complainant to amend the complaint to allow the complaint to be dealt with as a representative complaint.
