### sec.18 Discrimination by existing partnership in partnership area A partner in a partnership that consists of 6 or more people must not discriminate— in any variation of the terms of the partnership; or in denying or limiting access by another partner to any benefit arising from the partnership; or in expelling another partner from the partnership; or by treating another partner unfavourably in any way in connection with the partnership. s 18 amd 2024 No. 47 s 3 sch 1 (uncommenced amendment) - (a) in any variation of the terms of the partnership; or - (b) in denying or limiting access by another partner to any benefit arising from the partnership; or - (c) in expelling another partner from the partnership; or - (d) by treating another partner unfavourably in any way in connection with the partnership.
