### sec.139 Service of notices
If a person is absent from the State, a notice may be given to the person’s agent in the State.
If a person is deceased, a notice may be given to the person’s personal representative.
If a person to whom a notice is to be given is not known, or is absent from the State and has no known agent in the State or is deceased and has no personal representative, the notice may be given in the way directed by an order of the court.
