### sec.117ZL New convictions must be disclosed
This section applies if a person who is an appointed board member is convicted of an indictable offence during the term of the person’s appointment.
The person must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, immediately give written notice of the conviction to the Minister.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
The notice must include the following information—
the existence of the conviction;
when the offence was committed;
details adequate to identify the offence;
the sentence imposed on the person.

(sec.117ZL-ssec.1) This section applies if a person who is an appointed board member is convicted of an indictable offence during the term of the person’s appointment.
