### sec.6 Right of appeal in relation to transfer decisions— Act , s 129 For section 129 of the Act , definition transfer decision , paragraph (b) (ii) , the following provisions of the Act apply to an employee of a public sector entity to whom chapter 4 , part 4 , division 3 of the Act applies under section 5 (1) — chapter 4 , part 4 , division 3 ; chapter 3 , part 10 , in relation to a decision made under chapter 4 , part 4 , division 3 . - (a) chapter 4 , part 4 , division 3 ; - (b) chapter 3 , part 10 , in relation to a decision made under chapter 4 , part 4 , division 3 .
